is the basic working document incorporating the AFC minimum requirements which should be met by clubs to participate in the AFC Champions League.
The system sets out quality standards and procedures by which clubs will be assessed for continual improvement.

The AFC Club Licensing Regulations comes into force on its approval by the AFC Executive Committee and applies for the first time for the 2013 season.
The AFC Club Licensing Regulations addresses the National association as the licensor, explaining its tasks, defining the licence applicant and the licensing bodies as well as the core process to be applied.
